I dedicate this message to thank you for what you have done for me on my journey of healing and the expansion of Forensic Healing. The journey has not been easy, to say the least, just as it was not easy to break free from an abusive childhood. My father would always tell me I was an ungrateful child as I had food to eat and a roof over my head. Even though I was more fortunate than some children, back then, I couldn’t feel grateful for anything in my life. My father seemed to pursue me with the intent to punish me for anything, including my ingratitude. So now that I have released myself from that torturous past, I genuinely feel grateful to so many people in my life who have been part of this healing journey, and if you are reading my post now, this includes you.

There is a purpose to everything

There were many times I wanted to take the easy way out and exit this life. I’ve realised it’s a familiar feeling many people feel. Feeling so bad that you want your life to end, is not a way to live. People (and animals) need freedom from their pain and suffering. My heart breaks when I see pain, suffering, and cruelty. It seems that finding a solution to the cause is part of my purpose to help humanity. We are all connected, and that is why so many of you experience the same suffering when you see another suffer.

Forensic Healing Expansion

Now that I have put my past behind me, the process of taking Forensic Healing forward has pushed me to overcome insurmountable obstacles. There were times I would cry myself to sleep or feel like I was dying inside from opposing forces or the vastness of inhumanity in the world I witnessed. Each block or problem caused me to change things inside myself and Forensic Healing. The changes did not come without their critics or opposition. In spite of this, Forensic Healing has progressed incredibly fast in the last five years since its inception in 2011. Taking a moment to reflect, I would like to acknowledge the part you have played in the growth of FH. Your help, support, well wishes, and kindness have been the underpinning energy of its growth.

The World of Energy Healing

We live in a world of energy, and even though we may not have physically connected, your kind words and thoughts. I have felt every kind thought or wish directed my way, and I want to thank you. I have often felt that I am not running this show or in essence my life and Forensic Healing. I have realised I must follow my instincts to what I have been led to do. Otherwise, it never works out, and the universe is not subtle in telling me so! So without rambling on any further, here are my humble reasons why I am grateful to you:

Forensic Healing Instructors, Students, and Practitioners

When someone reaches instructor level, it means they have worked hard on themselves to overcome their past and to take back their power: the instructors that teach Forensic Healing to have extraordinary gifts to offer, and beautiful hearts. They are grounded individuals who support each other, and ultimately have helped me. The FH instructors have shown patience in building their healing career. They are completely awesome, and my heart overflows with pride that I can trust them to teach in their integrity, love, and power. Thank you for leading the way for other Forensic Healers. I am forever grateful.

Forensic Healing Students and Practitioners

Sometimes it is not easy to step out of your comfort zone and heal your wounds in workshops where everyone is a stranger. But my gratitude goes to the students and practitioners who hold such a beautiful, loving space for allowing women to heal in their way and time. We laugh, we cry, and we get through it together. I am grateful and proud that the workshops buzz with the best energy, and I feel a deep sense of unconditional love from each student and practitioner. I have seen women leave the workshops with friendships that have stood the test of time. I feel your support when I teach and it touches my heart in so many ways. Thank you for this trust you have in me, in the FH system, and for bringing your fantastic healing energy to my workshops. I love and bless you always.

Personal Transformation Program students are super brave as they know I will kick their butt if I have to! The group is small, and I work with them for over 6 months. And for this, I am grateful for their trust in me to help progress their life. Although I haven’t had to kick butt, (except for one and you know who you are!!) even that has been fun! Thank you for taking the leap, elevating yourself and being able to be challenged to create positive change. You are amazing influential leaders the world needs to experience. I feel privileged that I could be part of your journey and I am grateful to be part of your transformation and experience your amazing spirits.

My life has completely changed from the moment I created the Forensic Healing System. I have become aware of the people who have my back, the courageous women who warn me when needed, the kind women who love, support and protect me. FH has now reached global recognition beyond my wildest dreams. This would not have happened without you. I am passionate about what I do; I love what I do. However, it was your great energy that got me through the times I needed it the most.
