I’ve always been interested, and not just believe, but feel an innate knowing, in the power of natural therapies, and the ability to heal oneself. Following my interests, I’ve become a certified Crystal Therapist, a Reiki Practitioner, a certified International Inspired Spirit Coach and many more. I have a Diploma in Forensic Healing and continue to upskill by repeating the 7-day live program regularly.

I’m a believer in learning, growing and evolving, along with taking responsibility in the experiences I attract, i.e., Law of Attraction. When I changed my mindset from ‘surviving’ to ’Thriving’ and started taking inspired action, my life changed! Life changing and life enhancing experiences came into my life, such as Forensic Healing. Everything continued to get better from there on all levels, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and on a soul level.

I love what I do – empowering my clients to heal themselves with my help, as I facilitating the process step by step. I am passionate about helping others unlock and transform themselves, through overcoming and healing pain, negative patterns, programming, belief systems, challenges, judgement, fear, suffering and deep-rooted blocks that are not in alignment with living a current life of purpose, joy, good health, love and abundance.

Hi! Welcome to Shine @ Energy Healing, my name is Renae and I’d like to share with you my story. I am a fully accredited Reiki and Forensic Healer Practitioner. I have been an Energy Healer for several years; My focus is Women, Children and Youth.

Prior to this I was devoted to the Health and Welfare Sector. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to empower and relate with other Women, Children and Youth from diverse walks of life.

I took a break from my Intensive Case Management role when I started a family and now a proud Mum to two precious children. During this time, I explored how I could best serve, connect and heal others, so I decided to return to my passion – Energy Healing.

How am I different to other “Energy Healers”? Well like most of my clients, I too have struggled with Self Worth and under-valuing myself. I was the master of self-sabotage, repeating negative life patterns and not being able to get off the matrix or merry go round! This was all stored in my energy field and on repeat year, after year after year. Sound familiar?

I became a Forensic Healing practitioner to help people like myself free themselves of low self-worth blocks holding them back in life. I used to work in corporate HR, but recently left that industry to focus on my energy healing business, while traveling Europe until the end of 2019.

From a very young age I knew I was different like many of us we hold back and never use our gifts and talents. As a child I lived with a tormented childhood, the death of my father at 6, widowed at 19 years and the school of hard nocks with lots of being bullied just to name a few.

This helped me grow, nurture my mind, body and soul. Then self published my book, “Living with a loved one with Bipolar”, which took me to a higher level of understanding and compassion for others. No one can understand your grief and the things that happen to you. Only understand their own, by allowing yourself to start the healing process layer by layer can be removed and healing happens in all areas of your life.

I am a fully qualified Forensic healer first qualifying in 2015 then upgrading to Soul in 2019.
I have a small studio at my home address for healings in person or I can do healing sessions via Skype.
Forensic Healing is the most amazing healing modality I have trained in and have healed so many issues in my own life on an emotional and physical level so know it works very well.
I have worked with the public for over twenty nine years in various different areas of health and have a wide understanding of different people’s lifestyles, beliefs and patterns.

I have been involved with the Alternative healing side of things for a while now and I absolutely LOVE IT!
