Did the news of Donald Trump becoming President of the USA prompt you to search for a property in the Bahamas? Did it leave you feeling powerless, and stressed over changes that may provoke civil unrest, economic decline, instability or violent protests?
If you’re looking to escape the turmoil in the world, particularly in the US, there are very few places left on the planet that can guarantee peace and protection. Besides, you probably can’t get a good, cold Chardonnay, phone reception, Internet access or even electricity at any of those places.
Dogging on Trump isn’t the answer. If you focus on the fear and chaos, it will expand and perpetuate more unease and problems in the US (not to mention your own life). This energetically fuels Trump and his followers, and prove you right.
The good news is that you can create peace, in spite of the doom or gloom the media may report. Challenge yourself to find your inner peace, and you’ll see how it can lead to peace in the world around you.
Take Your Power Back
There is plenty of scientific research that shows you have more power to create your environment than you give yourself credit for.
Using scientifically based methods, which I’ve mentioned in previous posts, you can be part of the resolution and the peace that needs to be brought to your country, neighbourhood, family, and life.
Lynne McTaggart, author, and researcher investigated ways to change social behaviours and consciousness. In 2008, she conducted a “Peace Intention Experiment”, consisting of 12,000 participants. Together, they focused peaceful thoughts on Sri Lanka. This resulted in a 74% reduction in violence after the experiment.
If you felt powerless to control the US election, then consider this an opportunity to focus on outcomes you want in every facet of your life.
Change Your State to Peace
These world changes are causing you to dig deep into your soul and shift your emotional state away from fear, anxiety and stress. Devote yourself to changing what you can control: how you respond to the world around you. This will change what you attract in your life, no matter who is running the US government.
Create peace within yourself, and you will experience the power you have to attract external peace in your life. There has never been a more unsafe or unpredictable time in history than right now. Your thoughts and feelings can feed into the fear, or it can create a different reality of peace, safety, and calm.
It is important you do the latter so your personalised GPS (or gut instinct) can guide and keep you safe. Hold yourself accountable for your life and what you create. It will free you from the decisions and actions made in the outside world.
Research on Beliefs
Research exists that shows that beliefs affect outcomes. This is why it’s imperative you change your mindset, from fearing what damage Donald Trump will do, to something positive.
The effect could be catastrophic if the US population (even those outside of the US) holds onto negative thoughts and judgments regarding Trump. That amount of energy will expand and create the very outcomes you express and fear.
The Science that Proves We Create Our Beliefs
Lynne McTaggart’s book, “The Field”, supports this theory when she refers to the Observer Effect Experiment. This is when quantum physicists demonstrated the “observer’s bias”, or how the beliefs of the onlookers (the scientists) affected the outcomes of the experiments.
They demonstrated that atoms were affected when the scientists observed the experiment with an expectation of what the outcome would be. This was shown to have altered the outcome when it compared to the controlled experiment with no observers.
This experiment confirms the power of the law of attraction: what you think or focus on, becomes your reality. If you analyse negative people’s lives, you’ll notice they attract very few positive opportunities or people.
You Have All the Power
In my recent book, “Freeing the Unloved Girl”, in chapter 9, titled “Gratitude”, I wrote a few paragraphs on the power of thought and good intentions. I referred Dr. Hew Len, who worked at the Hawaii State Hospital from 1983 to 1987, in the high-security ward for the criminally insane, where violence was a daily occurrence.
The environment was so stressful and hostile; there was a consistent turnover of staff. When Dr. Len began his work at the hospital, he decided to conduct his therapy on the patients without being in direct contact with them. He would only review the patients’ files, and work on his perceptions and thoughts of the patients without meeting them personally.
Dr. Len’s Beliefs on Responsibility for Outcomes and Creations
Dr. Len’s theory was that we create and attract everything and everyone around us, and we are responsible for all our problems. He would ask himself, “What is going on in me that I am experiencing these problems?”
In other words, he believed that a person’s energy field, or subconscious mind, contains a vibration that creates and affects relationships, environment, finances, situations, etc.,—everything we experience, even events and people that are external to us. He believed we could change these things by acknowledging our power to attract or create them.
He would ask the Divinity (source/God/universe) to erase memories in his subconscious mind and, as he did this, the patients improved. He also used four statements, now called The Ho’oponopono Cleaning Statements. Over time, as Dr. Len continued to clear and erase negativity via this method, many of the patients returned home. The ward eventually closed down, as there were no more inpatients to house.
Dr. Len notes that a common problem with therapists is they want to save people when their purpose is to clear the memories they share with their clients or patients. What a powerful message, knowing you can change what you attract, by letting go of judgments and perceptions of people and situations.

It can take years of deliberate choices to bring peace to your life, and undo the negative conditioning that brings stress and chaos. You have been programmed from the day you were born.
It makes sense to invest time and resources to remove hard-wired suffering, sacrifice, war, service, poverty or hardship from your beliefs, emotions, thoughts, and energy.
Deliberate Creations Take Practice
I have experimented with the concept of deliberate creation for many years while creating the Forensic Healing System. It shows that intentions and affirmations create a person’s reality.
My gift is being able to read people’s energy fields. This allows me to find the exact situation of a person’s adulthood experience and show how it matches their childhood programming. Everything does begin with energy so changing the energy changes the outcomes.
I have always said that the most potent source of energy is emotion. Be deliberate in your creations, use your energy and thoughts wisely.
You have choice and power over where you place your energy, to create the things you want. Don’t give someone else power or credit when it comes to your peace, happiness, and creation—no matter who they are.
Sending you blessings, peace, and love, for positive creations and a great life.
