How to remove negative energy with energy healing methods

Does Negative Energy Harm You?

Do you think negative energy can harm you? I’ve heard all sorts of answers like, “I don’t believe it can, so it won’t.” There’s also, “What you can’t see, can’t hurt you.”

If you apply the science that everything originates from energy, which then manifests into something physical, then it has to make sense that negative energy creates negative attractions.  With 30 years of experience in this area, I have found that all negative conditions have come from negative energy. Most of my healing sessions involve removing negative energy from people, which dramatically changes lives for the better.

Are You Drinking Poison?

Think of negative energy as a kind of poison. It may not initially affect you (depending on the potency and your body’s natural defenses), but given time; it can do serious harm.

The same rule applies to negative thoughts, beliefs, and intentions. All of these things will affect your positive energy.

If you detox your body and flush out the poison, you’ll feel new and energised. There is also the likelihood of averting potential illness, disease, cancer, accidents, and overall bad luck.

Removing negative people from your life can feel similar to detoxing your body from poisonous substances.

You Become Your Environment

A lot of people say they want to give others the benefit of the doubt and trust them. They also say they should honour their family members, no matter what.

While they tend to start living like this, people, unfortunately, realise it’s not a sustainable way to go on. They become an easy target for manipulators, who are on the hunt for “trusting types” to take advantage.

Heal and Connect Yourself to Feel “Energy

The closer a person is to you emotionally, the more damage they can do energetically.

Energy is now more tangible than ever. Today, it’s common to talk about “energy,” and how people and places make you feel. Being aware of others’ energy can keep you protected.

Tangible Evidence of Energy

I was in my late twenties when I first felt a measurable “energetic” change in myself, that another person caused. I had been working at Hepburn Springs Spa resort as a beauty therapist. Upon finishing up with my client, I joined several massage therapists who congregated around the reception desk, waiting for their next massage clients.

I randomly (or not) stood next to a massage therapist who was complaining about women in general. I responded to him by saying, “That’s nice for your clients—all that negativity you massage into their bodies.” He responded, “Yes and now I am going to flick all that bad energy on you.” He then proceeded to shake his hands at me.

As he was doing it, I said to myself, “He can’t affect me, I have the holy spirit in me.” Being a devout Mormon at the time, I counted on this to protect me. I lacked the understanding of what he was doing, so I brushed it off.

The Power of Others’ Energy Is Affecting You

Soon after I walked away from the reception desk, a significant, dense, dark energy came over me. Through the remainder of the day, I felt intensely depressed and paranoid. It felt so strong; I stopped talking to people for the rest of the day.

It’s only in hindsight that I became aware of what happened to me. Initially, it didn’t register that the negativity I felt came directly after the massage therapist had flicked the bad energy onto me.

It was a time in my life when I didn’t value or acknowledge my feelings.  This led me to focus my attention on others even though I suffered chronic neck pain. This pain overtook the need to address my emotions. I thought that my neck pain was due to car accidents, and nothing to do with the emotional baggage I had suppressed deep beneath my thick skin!

Two Most Dangerous Emotions

  • Anger is a powerful emotion that outputs negative energy from the person who directs it.  When someone blames another for their misfortune, it breeds ill feelings. Those emotions (negative energy) are directed at the blamed person, and affect their life in many ways, from pain, stress, and bad things happening to them.

I have removed “energetic knives” from people who’d been “back-stabbed” by others with their anger and negativity. Once the connections were removed, the chronic back pain from the person being back-stabbed diminished.

  • Jealousy can come from a disgruntled person when they resent others who have more or appear happier with their lives. This causes the jealous person to direct their discontented energy at others, so they will lose what they have. It is no coincidence that they say “jealousy is a curse.”I knew a girl who had bald patches on her head because her cousins were jealous of her beauty. When the curse was removed, her hair grew back.

These negative emotions contain a lot of “energy”, so they can cause pain, illness, stress, negativity, panic attacks, life blocks, financial issues, accidents, bad luck, and relationship or health problems. Don’t underestimate the energy that comes from others. The most potent form of energy comes from emotions.

Disrespect for Our Planet Brings Consequences

I’ve made mention of my visit to Uluru in Freeing the Unloved Girl. Uluru is a big, red rock in the centre of Australia, which is known for its magical healing powers and spiritual ambience.

Some years ago, I researched the fantastic energies of Uluru and spent eight days conducting healing work amongst the indigenous Anangu people.

I had the crazy intention of meeting a witch doctor, so I could expand my knowledge for the Forensic Healing course I had been writing. When I arrived, to my surprise, I learned the Aboriginal people are an insular race. It took some persuasion to encourage them to talk to me about their culture, their wisdom, and their deep respect for the planet.

We were given special permission to visit sacred sites and film in areas like the cultural centre. It was there that I found the “sorry book”; a compilation of letters from Uluru visitors about negative life experiences they had encountered, after removing rocks or red soil as souvenirs from Uluru.

The “Sorry Book”

The park rangers reported that they receive thousands of returned rocks, soil, and sorry letters every year. I was mesmerised by the stories in the “sorry book”. Most of the letters explained the writers didn’t initially believe in superstition or karma. Their opinions changed radically after they experienced family deaths, car accidents, bad relationships, and severe illnesses en masse.

Here are some samples:

I never believed it is true, but now after two years, I think it is. I made the biggest mistake of my life when I took some of the red sand. Since then a lot of bad things have happened to us … I had my first miscarriage, and then my father got lung cancer and died. I then had a second miscarriage and then an ectopic pregnancy. The doctors had to remove a tube to save me. The father of my closest friend died with cancer, and my aunt died. I am still not pregnant …

I am a Christian, and I was not superstitious when I took the red dirt … since taking the dirt the same year, my husband had prostate cancer, a heart attack and then died with rapid, progressive aphasia. My brother-in-law then died with brain cancer, my daughter-in-law lost her mother, and my son-in-law lost his mother. My son is now diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I now deeply regret what I have done…

Build Good Karma—Build Good Energy

I was incredulous as I read letter after letter from the Uluru visitors, describing their negative karmic experiences after disobeying the Aboriginal cultural law, and removing the soil or rocks from Uluru.

These stories and the bad luck that followed their disrespecting a sacred place are representative of life and our planet. Karma does come back to bite people when they disrespect the planet and the human race.

It is more evident when a person disrespects or discredits someone or something that is deemed sacred, or a person living a divine purpose to make this world a better place. Then, the bad karma is intensified, and it seems the consequences are more severe.

Encyclopedia of Energy

With all my experiences about energy, I feel could write an encyclopedia, from A-to-Z, on energy and its effects. I have physically felt negative energy enter me, from a woman I met for only a few seconds at a health expo.

I ignored the feeling and then, many months later, I needed a hysterectomy from the fibroids that grew in the exact location the energy entered me. When they were removed, it was as if I had disturbed an angry monster and I felt so different once the ordeal was over.

Protect Your Energy

You need to be particular about the quality of energy you that surrounds you.  This will help you reverse any physical, emotional or spiritual abuse you may have endured.  Doing this will also advance your healing and spiritual gifts as you will be relaxed and more able to feel the energy around you.

If you are sensitive and feel the effects of others’ energy, you will understand the need to protect yourself from negative energy. The more supportive the energy around you becomes, the stronger your energy grows, allowing you to ward off lurking negativity.

Sending you lots of good vibes and positive energy always,

Marisa ♥
