Feeling tired? Fill up your energy with spiritual healing

Have you ever noticed how you feel when you’re a passenger in someone else’s car? It can be a fun, happy, and safe experience. Then again, if you’re with an insensitive, angry, fast driver, you might feel uncomfortable, endangered, and stressed. Radical, aggressive driving burns more fuel and similarly leaves you feeling drained of energy as the unsuspecting passenger. A person’s true self-becomes evident when they’re behind the wheel. If you assess your driving style, it will reflect the life you are now living. Your driving behaviours will parallel the way you “drive” your own life. It reveals how productively you use your energy, or if you just run your tank dry.

Your Car Is the Vehicle for Your Independence

If you push your body to its limits, that’s no different than pushing a car too far. Some laws penalise reckless drivers, but no one to stops you from living life poorly and depleting your resources, or “energy.” To save you from ending up on the scrap heap, let’s take a ride as I navigate you through a safe “driving” checklist. After, you will get your “roadworthy certificate” and know how to operate your life on a full tank of fuel.

Book in a Yearly Maintenance Service

Most cars get a yearly service to change the oil, tune the engine, check everything is working well, etc. This way, you can drive the entire year with minimal problems or malfunctions. To avoid your body breaking down and needing roadside assistance, give yourself the gift of a yearly oil and grease change. Your body and organs work hard every minute, every day, all year to keep you alive and transport you to your destinations. This journey often involves overindulging in too much sugar, carbohydrates, alcohol, toxins; and unfortunate accidents.

Does Your Energy Need a Refill?

Your emotions are like fuel for the body, which people often neglect. You can be challenged daily in your relationships, family dynamics, and work environment. Give your soul some rest and healing so that it can rebalance and refuel. Anyone who’s experienced a health crisis realises that living a quality life should be the top priority. Hold yourself accountable and be a responsible life driver. Take care of your body and soul, by booking in for some annual maintenance.

Do You Use Your Driving Time Constructively?

What’s your emotional state while driving? Do you get angry with other drivers and frustrated with heavy traffic? Or, do you politely demonstrate patience on the road? Do you utilise your driving time by listening to educational information, pumping yourself up on rock ‘n’ roll, or perhaps playing calming music that keeps you in the Zen zone? Every minute of your day either increases or depletes your energy. You can decide how each minute will be spent. Use your time doing things that inspire, heal, and motivate you. Choose to boost your “fuel” supply.

Who Are Your Life Passengers?

When you’re driving, do your passengers enjoy their time with you? Do they feel safe and comfortable? Are there guidelines in place, so the ride is safe and pleasurable for everyone? Your life is full of passengers. Do you have boundaries for your relationships, to ensure you’re respected and valued? Do you drop off the negative passengers who don’t appreciate your boundaries, so your “fuel tank” is not being drained? Let people know what sort of “life ride” you offer, and make the rules clear to the passengers in your life. If you want a fun, happy ride, make sure your passengers are willing to comply. Otherwise, drop them off at the nearest bus stop. They’ll have to find their own way to travel.

What Roads Do You Take?

There are different routes you can take to get to your destination. Can you hear adventure calling you to take a variety of routes so that you can experience plenty of fun or scenic views? Do you value your time enough to take roads with tolls so that you can arrive quicker? Are you able to travel during peak hour without stressing that you’ll be late? Your life can be lead you down many different roads. Decide on which routes you’ll choose to achieve your life goals. For example, if you enjoy taking your time and looking at pretty scenery, include this option in your itinerary. Creating an enjoyable, personalised plan for your life will make things seem effortless. Remember to put some pleasure in your day-to-day life, so you can enjoy the ride.

Do You Read the Road Signs?

When driving, do you encounter accidents, road rage, red traffic lights, or roadblocks that obstruct your journey? Or, do you experience flowing traffic, green lights, smiling drivers, and people helping old ladies cross the road? I love reading the “signs” and messages as I’m driving. They reflect where I’m at in my life, or show me things going on around me that I should address. I notice that when things do go wrong in my life, similar things appear while I’m driving. There will be roadblocks, traffic jams, and aggressive drivers, or I might unintentionally get a traffic ticket.

The Number Plate Signs Are Messages

Many years ago, my ex-husband’s wife coerced one of her friends into calling me, to pretend they were interested in Forensic Healing online services. This person was amicable, asking me personal questions to which I divulged the answers. The next day, I sat in my car and felt furious that I had disclosed personal information, such as my birth year, to a stranger. I rehearsed the conversation word-for-word in my mind. As I was doing this, I noticed the number plate of the car parked in front of me: it read “DOB 798”. That confirmed what I had assumed that the reason for the call was to find my date of birth for sinister motives. This confirmed my bad feelings that lingered from the phone call. However, when things in my life are upbeat and going well, the road signs reflect that. There will be flow in traffic, with everyone driving courteously. The billboard signs, traffic flow, behaviour of drivers, and car registration plates are sending you a message. Are you noticing the Universe is talking to you as you drive?
