I received an email from my good friend Louise Hay (… well, yes, it was a generic email, and yes, she is my pretend friend!) and it said: “Life Loves You”. I thought what a great affirmation and statement to make. If you think about the affirmations and statements etched in your brain since childhood, they may look a lot like this:

• Money doesn’t grow on trees
• Life’s not a bowl of cherries
• Working hard makes you an honest person
• Rich people are corrupt
• I am not deserving of a happy life
• Don’t stand out or be different
• Money is the root of all evil
• There is not enough to go around
• You won’t amount to anything

As a child, do you remember being taught affirmations or mantras that told you life was abundant, easy, and you were in control of your destiny?  The most powerful conditioning comes from a person’s parents, peers, and family. Most people’s parents or grandparents have suffered from wars, poverty, and persecution; they have endured suppression and control by societies, religion or cultures.

Using spiritual and energy healing to reverse negative conditioning

80% of the healing work is spent on undoing the programming and negative beliefs that occurred in childhood, learned by what their parents said or did. When the deep-set negative programming is changed, the foundation of a person’s life changes. This changes a person’s attractions and experiences without effort for the better. In the past, it has been challenging to live the life of your dreams or be free to do what you want. Now it is all different. We have the tools to reprogram our minds, we now live in a more open society that supports individuality, and the shift in consciousness has given us more power than ever to manifest our thoughts, intentions, and beliefs.

Monitor your self-talk

This makes it essential to consistently analyse your self-talk and choose to focus on positive beliefs and emotions. Every minute, you are creating your life – don’t waste a second of that time. Don’t give up in dismay when things go wrong …. there is a reason why they went wrong … and the reason serves as a reminder that you must keep changing. My affirmation to you is also …Life Loves You Repeat the words ‘Life Loves Me’ every day, in your spare minutes, and eventually, life will demonstrate just how much it loves you … Sending you blessings and love always.
