How to Respond to World Terrorism and Chaos
I want to take a moment to create this video in light of the recent terrorist attacks. The one we heard about was in the UK. However, I understand there are more happening across the globe, including the recent attacks in the Philippines.
These attacks fill the media outlets and the Internet. It is deliberately brought to our attention and is something that is causing a lot of fear – understandably.
There are dead and traumatised people, children, and animals. The planet is hurting.
There is Something You Can Do
What I do emotionally when something like this happens is to check my energy. I make a conscious effort to say to myself “Whatever I am experiencing I need to change inside because I’m part of the co-creation of the trauma and horror.”
Repeat:
I choose peace
I choose safety and security
I choose humanity
I choose love
The Media want to keep you in Fear
Yesterday, after hearing about the UK attacks I decided to do something that would assist in shifting the energy. I participated in a group meditation class that evening.
I needed to raise my vibration, change myself, and co-create love and peace with others. This is what I’ve learned and unlearn feeling like a victim experiencing stress and fear. I choose to make a conscious effort not to go into the fear and go down the “hole” and feel the misery.
You can help the planet by raising your vibration and by pushing yourself to become more. You can raise your vibration by visualising more healing, visualise more beauty, visualise more love and hold that energy. The contrast causes you to change.
We Are All One
All of my problems, all of my devastations and fears in my life have pushed me to create better. I’ve learned that is what the planet needs.
I’ve learned that energy creates so if you can take a moment every time you see or hear something horrific, go inside yourself and say to yourself:
I choose to create peace
I choose to create connection
I choose to create more love
I choose to elevate myself so that I can assist in healing and love for the planet. If every person acted in this way, with all of the atrocities, with all the inhumanity and horrors, we would change to something greater very quickly.
We would no longer “feed” the aliens, no longer feed the Cabal, and no longer feed this dark negative satanic energy that controls us.
We are on the verge of overpowering them with our humanity, kindness, and love.
This is why they have cranked up their control and suppression. This is just a brief little message and an idea for you to remember every time you hear or witness an atrocity.
Every time they try to push your buttons – go inside yourself as if the power is there and go to that place.
What I often do is think of the things I love, the things that are beautiful. And I hold that energy for me not to go into the fear.
I know what I’m asking or what I am saying is a complicated process however we need to detach because we need to co-create together. Thank you for listening. I wish you blessings, peace, humanity, protection, and safety always.
