Sydney Morning Herald Mental Health Week Tribute and Energy Healing

Have you ever muttered the words “What the hell was I thinking?” My usual reply is to plead guilty on the grounds of temporary insanity. When crazy, cruel things done to you in childhood – you do mad, crazy things to yourself and others in adulthood. Acting and feeling emotionally unbalanced are more common than you think. When people open up about their true feelings, the more you will learn there are others in the world just like you.

Being open about mental health issues and depression

Mental Health week (October 9-15) raises community awareness about mental health issues. I was asked to speak candidly in an interview with Linda Moon from the Sydney Morning Herald. My journey to healing myself has been long and arduous however I feel blessed that I experienced the power of energy and spiritual healing. As a result, it turned my life around and set me free. Feel free to ask me questions about issues that challenge you directly or through your close relationship. If you are in need of nurturing and healing to bring balance and into your life, join me at one of the upcoming workshops.
