I am a Registered Psychologist, Multidimensional Life Coach and Forensic Healer. My years in mainstream psychology coupled with my own life long spiritual journey have brought me to a place where I believe the physical and the spiritual need to come together for the ultimate healing experience. As such, I have built my business to incorporate all the skills I have developed over 25 years of working with people in the healing profession both in mainstream and alternative.

Hi! My name is Karina and my journey to Forensic Healing has been an interesting one. Upon my path to discovering myself, not only did I discover Forensic Healing, I also found Reiki (Tibetan Usui Method), psychic and mediumship development, spirit healing, women’s circle’s, a wonderful sisterhood and deep connection to women, men, teenagers and children.

My own healing, empowerment and evolution have allowed for love, passion, empathy, understanding and universal connection to flow. I have a beautiful sacred space in which I offer the services that helped every part of me and my life transform; healings, readings, chakra balance, and 1:1 mentoring and teaching.

I am a Certified Forensic Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master/Teacher, Medium, Psychic & Mediumship Development Tutor, Women’s Circle Facilitator, and Fierce Truths Magazine Columnist.

As energy transcends all time and space, healing sessions can be:

My passion for energy healing began over 20 years ago in Melbourne, Victoria, starting as a Fitness Instructor and then Remedial Massage Therapist. My focus has always been about helping people to honour their best possible life and to experience optimum health. My own healing quest began when I was in a corporate job, I felt my health deteriorate with depressed emotions, an eating disorder, unsuccessful, feelings of disempowerment and lack of self-worth. (back then this was not commonly heard of, so I was feeling alone and helpless) There were so many layers and I had to start somewhere which lead to getting health conscious and learning about the body and so my journey began. I created Spirit Hearts after leaving Victoria and my wellness centres (Retreat in the Suburbs) to bring my years of health, wellbeing and energetic healing skills to help clients bring peace and relaxation into their lives, to let go of the past and gently release negative behaviours or patterns that no longer serve their divine purpose. My intention is for you to lead your best life, so you can be the person you want to be, and live a life that’s filled with more ease, joy and happiness.
I live my life daily with honesty, respect and purpose to support and provide services for people and animals.
I offer a complete range of energy-based healing modalities to help you physically, emotionally, spiritually and soulfully. All treatments are personalised to your individual needs and circumstances. Forensic Healing starts with you filling in a new client questionnaire and in your initial consultation this helps me to understand what issues you are facing and this will guide your intention for the session. I will ask you to get into a comfortable, relaxed position and through biofeedback methods ( similar to kinesiology) and Dowsing with a Bobber.

Follow-up to your session you will be emailed an overview of your session, with important after care and affirmations etc… to assist with enhancing your energetic vibration with more positive language.

Guiding you back to your most sacred truth and stepping into the secret superpower of co-creation. Transcendence healing is all about igniting the inner-flame within you that has the power to conquer all.

For much of my lifetime, my view of the world was practical and rational. I had a conservative upbringing and trained as an accountant. But after a particularly stressful period in my life, my perception changed. I went to a reiki class and instantly I could feel the flow of energy in my body and all around me. I began to experience the world in a completely different way.
I was astonished with the experience and felt compelled to learn everything I could about spiritual practices. So began my 20-year journey of learning and growth.
As I practiced, my awareness opened and I was reconnected to my own inner resources and intuitive gifts. I discovered that a rich and fulfilling life included honouring my feminine receptiveness and intuition as well as my masculine rational and linear thinking. Opening up to both sides increased contentment and created room in my life for grace.
After finding balance in my own life, I have shared my skills and knowledge through 22 Wellness. I see the success of these spiritual practices as they improve the quality of the lives around me and help others find meaning and purpose. I see how spiritual practices complement medical procedures and more traditional healing methods for a complete healing process.

My personal healing journey started when I was 12 years old when I attempted suicide to check out from life because I was so overwhelmed. I grew up with alcohol abuse, emotional abuse, losses and mental illnesses in my family in eastern Germany. Once I was old enough to leave my family home, I did. I realized years later that I kept attracting abusive relationships in my private life and at work and that my childhood kept cycling back just with new faces but the same stories. I needed change. I booked a one way ticket to Australia and this is when I stepped out of my old life and into the new one. It triggered healing on all sorts of levels. Now after facing rock bottoms after rock bottoms, I know that the healing journey might never stop but I am gaining more tools and practice to ride the wave of life in a much more faithful way and that’s what I wish for everyone.

My mission is to offer holistic modalities for individuals to attain personal evolution by creating the positive change they seek. This change can come about; after something challenging or unexpected, to initiate new goals and plans, to understand and let go of unhelpful patterns and energy imbalance. Through the services offered I honour the client’s journey within the sacredness of the session and treat their process with confidentiality.

I have a Science degree, an Advance Diploma in Naturopathy, a Diploma in cosmetic formulation and a diploma in Sound Healing. I had wanted to do Forensic Healing for years and when I finally did- I just loved it. It has since opened doorways for me that I had never thought to explore before. I have constantly been studying to upskill and expand my knowledge, to not only help me to grow but also to assist my clients in releasing, healing and expanding.
