Hi! Welcome to Shine @ Energy Healing, my name is Renae and I’d like to share with you my story. I am a fully accredited Reiki and Forensic Healer Practitioner. I have been an Energy Healer for several years; My focus is Women, Children and Youth.

Prior to this I was devoted to the Health and Welfare Sector. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to empower and relate with other Women, Children and Youth from diverse walks of life.

I took a break from my Intensive Case Management role when I started a family and now a proud Mum to two precious children. During this time, I explored how I could best serve, connect and heal others, so I decided to return to my passion – Energy Healing.

How am I different to other “Energy Healers”? Well like most of my clients, I too have struggled with Self Worth and under-valuing myself. I was the master of self-sabotage, repeating negative life patterns and not being able to get off the matrix or merry go round! This was all stored in my energy field and on repeat year, after year after year. Sound familiar?

I am a Forensic Healing practitioner with a lifelong passion to help people heal and truly make a difference on people’s lives in a profound positive way. Healing is my passion, I continually strive to keep improving and learning to be the best conduit I can be!

My passion for energy healing began over 20 years ago in Melbourne, Victoria, starting as a Fitness Instructor and then Remedial Massage Therapist. My focus has always been about helping people to honour their best possible life and to experience optimum health. My own healing quest began when I was in a corporate job, I felt my health deteriorate with depressed emotions, an eating disorder, unsuccessful, feelings of disempowerment and lack of self-worth. (back then this was not commonly heard of, so I was feeling alone and helpless) There were so many layers and I had to start somewhere which lead to getting health conscious and learning about the body and so my journey began. I created Spirit Hearts after leaving Victoria and my wellness centres (Retreat in the Suburbs) to bring my years of health, wellbeing and energetic healing skills to help clients bring peace and relaxation into their lives, to let go of the past and gently release negative behaviours or patterns that no longer serve their divine purpose. My intention is for you to lead your best life, so you can be the person you want to be, and live a life that’s filled with more ease, joy and happiness.
I live my life daily with honesty, respect and purpose to support and provide services for people and animals.
I offer a complete range of energy-based healing modalities to help you physically, emotionally, spiritually and soulfully. All treatments are personalised to your individual needs and circumstances. Forensic Healing starts with you filling in a new client questionnaire and in your initial consultation this helps me to understand what issues you are facing and this will guide your intention for the session. I will ask you to get into a comfortable, relaxed position and through biofeedback methods ( similar to kinesiology) and Dowsing with a Bobber.

Follow-up to your session you will be emailed an overview of your session, with important after care and affirmations etc… to assist with enhancing your energetic vibration with more positive language.

Nathalie Beaupré is the first Forensic Healing Practitioner in Canada. Her guidance is intended to support us in identifying and eliminating toxic aspects of our lives while assisting us to take full advantage of our existence. Always working in the respect of who we are and where we find ourselves, her approach imprints compassion. Whether during a private in-person or virtual Forensic Healing session, Nathalie remains attentive and dynamic in addressing individual needs. She offers her service in French as well as in English.

Having cured of a chronic disorder and a burn-out by making radical changes to her diet and lifestyle, Nathalie understands first-hand the evolving nature of self-discovery and firmly believes in our powerful innate healing power.

She is the author of “Why am I perfect?” a heart opening, consciousness-raising self-enquiry tool-book for children dealing with low self-esteem. Well appreciated by its readers, this special book can accompany us for a lifetime. Nathalie also teaches yoga to children and mindfulness techniques to their caretakers.

Wife and mother of 3, having gone through my own amazing journey of healing I am passionate about connecting and helping you in whatever way I can. Wendy Nash is a Change Maker, Facilitator, Intuitive Energy Therapist, Spiritual Counsellor and mother and has worked with clients in both private and group sessions for over 20 years.
She has a background in corporate and small business that she left behind when struck with chronic fatigue… a long journey that transformed her life. It was a wake-up call to stop the crazy fast pace of the business world, put herself first, listen to her body and create a little more ‘zen’ in her life.
Wendy became a Certified Forensic Healing Practitioner in March 2013 and has completed studies and gained qualifications in many other modalities since the early 90’s.
