Chaos to Calm 9-minute Meditation Video

Thank you for joining me on this spiritual inspired, quantum jumping, energy healing meditation. This meditation will help you if you are going through any crisis or have a stressful situation that is currently affecting you.

If you have compromised health, finances, chaos, trauma or turmoil in your surroundings.

This 9-minute meditation will shift the state you are in, and release the low energy that is blocking your spiritual growth and healing.

When the negative emotions release from your body, you will immediately transform and attract different outcomes and situations.

Included in this video will be a technique that you can use in any moment of stress that arises in the future.

Take Deep Breaths

Identify what you want to be changed, healed, released or transformed. Identify your pain or stress. When you connect to the painful emotions of your issue, allow yourself to create an even deeper connection to them, so you know them.
Let the pain to the surface, so it is no longer suppressed deep into your body and psyche.
Allow yourself to feel the pain and identify in your body where this pain or emotion is stored and place your hand over the area.
Place your hand on your pain.
Let your hand to gain access to your pain.
Now allow your hand to be a conduit of energy to heal and transform your pain.
Imagine a white streaming light pouring out from your hand into your body so that it is healing you and calming you.
As you are doing this, imagine that you are removing yourself from the situation and pain.

Your Mind will Shift Your Perception, therefore, Your Reality

Imagine yourself overlooking the situation from above so that you are detaching and disconnecting from this pain.
Now imagine as you look down, you see yourself on a table of soft, white clouds where angels surround you.
They place their healing hands over your body, and they remove all of the pain you have been suffering.
They pour streams of water over your entire body to cleanse you of the emotions that are causing you to feel this pain. The water feels refreshing and cleansing.

Imagine your pain and stress drawn out of your body, your cells, your DNA and being replaced wit.

  • Peace
  • Empowerment
  • Freedom

As this is occurring, imagine your body lifts higher and higher above the situation until you can only see a small spec of who you once were.

As you rise into the air, you are away from your house, your community, your country, your world and now you are in the universe as an observer.

You are now completely free of your burdens and troubles.

As you feel this transformation, from above, set the intention to send love to those around you who are in conflict, pain, or trauma.

Tell them you want peace, and you are not allowing their energy to define you any longer.

See all your painful and stressful situations now healed and in peace. Choose to live in this reality, in this paradigm and this universe.

Imagine this state being infused in every cell of your being.

Choose to live in this new cleansed state.

Repeat the Affirmations:

I choose to be a magnet for peace.
I choose to live as a peaceful, healed and whole person.
I choose to live in a new world and a new universe of peace and calm.

Now as you come back to where you are now sitting, feel a new energy that has become you.

Thank the universe for all that it has given you and the new peace you have now found.
