I am a Forensic Healing practitioner with a lifelong passion to help people heal and truly make a difference on people’s lives in a profound positive way. Healing is my passion, I continually strive to keep improving and learning to be the best conduit I can be!

Ruth spent many years struggling to heal from poor health and crippling anxiety, before she finally discovered the power of energy healing and was able to transform her life. She is now the founder and Managing Director of BeMe Wellness and her passion is helping empower women (and men!) to transform their lives from feeling tired, stressed, overwhelmed, unwell, stuck or unmotivated, to feeling happy, healthy, joyful, energised and achieving their goals with ease! Ruth is qualified in Forensic Healing, Reiki Energy Healing 1 and 2 (currently studying Masters), Mind Body Medicine, Holistic Counselling, Flower Essence Therapy and Access Bars. Ruth holds a First Aid Certificate Level 2 and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

This is me, Vikki Joy, a proud Spiritual Energy Healer.

Like countless others, I have had many life experiences, some good and some not so good. I am pleased to say that I have not just survived these experiences but have learnt so much from them that I am now sharing my learning with others. As a result of these experiences, I have developed both understanding and compassion for others who are having (or have had) similar experiences. I easily connect and relate to people who have experienced:

Living with an alcoholic
Low self-esteem, lack of self worth
Divorce, being a single parent of 3 young children (now adults)
Depression and anxiety
Long term stress-related illnesses

Over the past 20 years I have researched and experienced a lot of the available alternative therapies, with a focus on finding which ones were best for me in terms of enhancing my physical, psychological and spiritual well-being. The ones that I found helpful always took me to a deeper understanding of myself and have helped me to find my place and purpose in the world. I continue to research newly emerging alternative modalities that I think may be helpful, and if I feel guided to I will investigate them further to consider their usefulness in the healing sessions I offer. As a passionate healthcare professional with over 25 years’ experience, I have been privy to the impactful effects of ill-health compromising people’s wellbeing and quality of life.
Whilst working within a reactive healthcare system, predominantly focused on managing the condition/disease, I have witnessed countless patients entering the chronic disease pathway prematurely.
Knowing that ‘prevention is better than cure’ and realising that I was part of that systemic reactiveness which was stifling my authenticity and passion, I found the courage to stand in my power and listen to my intuition to become more of who I really am – a gifted alternative therapist.
I now consciously integrate my clinical expertise as a counsellor, advocate and facilitator with my Forensic Healing qualifications and feel 100% in my integrity.
I am a firm believer that your truest wealth is your health, and as a Forensic Healing Practitioner my goal is to support and empower your healing journey for you to move forward and thrive.

I am a Registered Psychologist, Multidimensional Life Coach and Forensic Healer. My years in mainstream psychology coupled with my own life long spiritual journey have brought me to a place where I believe the physical and the spiritual need to come together for the ultimate healing experience. As such, I have built my business to incorporate all the skills I have developed over 25 years of working with people in the healing profession both in mainstream and alternative.

Hi! My name is Karina and my journey to Forensic Healing has been an interesting one. Upon my path to discovering myself, not only did I discover Forensic Healing, I also found Reiki (Tibetan Usui Method), psychic and mediumship development, spirit healing, women’s circle’s, a wonderful sisterhood and deep connection to women, men, teenagers and children.

My own healing, empowerment and evolution have allowed for love, passion, empathy, understanding and universal connection to flow. I have a beautiful sacred space in which I offer the services that helped every part of me and my life transform; healings, readings, chakra balance, and 1:1 mentoring and teaching.

I am a Certified Forensic Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master/Teacher, Medium, Psychic & Mediumship Development Tutor, Women’s Circle Facilitator, and Fierce Truths Magazine Columnist.

My passion for energy healing began over 20 years ago in Melbourne, Victoria, starting as a Fitness Instructor and then Remedial Massage Therapist. My focus has always been about helping people to honour their best possible life and to experience optimum health. My own healing quest began when I was in a corporate job, I felt my health deteriorate with depressed emotions, an eating disorder, unsuccessful, feelings of disempowerment and lack of self-worth. (back then this was not commonly heard of, so I was feeling alone and helpless) There were so many layers and I had to start somewhere which lead to getting health conscious and learning about the body and so my journey began. I created Spirit Hearts after leaving Victoria and my wellness centres (Retreat in the Suburbs) to bring my years of health, wellbeing and energetic healing skills to help clients bring peace and relaxation into their lives, to let go of the past and gently release negative behaviours or patterns that no longer serve their divine purpose. My intention is for you to lead your best life, so you can be the person you want to be, and live a life that’s filled with more ease, joy and happiness.
I live my life daily with honesty, respect and purpose to support and provide services for people and animals.
I offer a complete range of energy-based healing modalities to help you physically, emotionally, spiritually and soulfully. All treatments are personalised to your individual needs and circumstances. Forensic Healing starts with you filling in a new client questionnaire and in your initial consultation this helps me to understand what issues you are facing and this will guide your intention for the session. I will ask you to get into a comfortable, relaxed position and through biofeedback methods ( similar to kinesiology) and Dowsing with a Bobber.

Follow-up to your session you will be emailed an overview of your session, with important after care and affirmations etc… to assist with enhancing your energetic vibration with more positive language.

What is it would you want to clear or work on?
I like to get to the root cause and I know, it can take more than one session to achieve this fully, so our first step is through a 3 session experience – taking between 4-6weeks.
If you have a specific issue or goal in mind, it’s helpful so we can stay focused on that through to completion!
We allow up to 90 minutes for each session and I provide text/web chat support in between to quickly clear anything that arises in between.
At the end of our time you will be free from the limiting pattern and able to freely move into the next phase of your wellbeing journey. If we are called to work together again in a pilgrimage or other experience, to go deeper, we can explore that!

My mission is to offer holistic modalities for individuals to attain personal evolution by creating the positive change they seek. This change can come about; after something challenging or unexpected, to initiate new goals and plans, to understand and let go of unhelpful patterns and energy imbalance. Through the services offered I honour the client’s journey within the sacredness of the session and treat their process with confidentiality.
