Krissy Howarth

I have always had a spiritual background and have recently taken this to a much deeper level on a professional and personal level. I pride myself on low impact living, being gentle with excellent integrity and kindness as we all need love, support and guidance in our healing journey and ascension.
I am also qualified as a Reiki and Seichem Master and have diplomas in Angel therapy, Crystal healing and Mindful cognitive behavioural therapy. I teach mindfulness and meditation and also run self-awareness day retreats throughout the year.
