Ruth Leach

Ruth works with clients through one-one-one sessions of holistic counselling and energetic healing, where together you will take a look at what’s going well in your life, and where improvement is required. She then uses a range of tools from the Forensic Healing toolkit, to help identify where you have energetic blocks that are causing you issues, and stopping you from reaching your full potential, and to release them and allow the healing process to begin.

Ruth is qualified in Forensic Healing, Reiki Energy Healing 1 and 2 (currently studying Masters), Mind Body Medicine, Holistic Counselling, Flower Essence Therapy and Access Bars. Ruth holds a First Aid Certificate Level 2 and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Ruth is 100 % committed to helping her clients achieve great results, however this work is a two-way street, and you will also need to be committed to your wellness journey. This means:
• Being willing to undertaking some work at home. This might be in the form of daily affirmations, or making some gradual diet or lifestyle changes. You are unlikely to see the full range of results if you don’t do the work we suggest.
• Taking ownership of your journey and your issues. It’s important to take responsibility and not blame other people for your situation.
• Being open to energetic healing so that we can get into your energy field to find information and apply healings. This can be as simple as setting an intention before your session to “…trust and surrender..”
• Ensuring that you take responsibility for your own personal health, and that you seek seek medical or psychological assistance if required.
• Being reliable and punctual, and attending appointments as scheduled.
