Mother of two gorgeous rays of sunshine, wife, dog mama, nature lover.
I love to spend time at the beach, have many indoor plants and a big veggie/herb patch.
Eating organic produce and food grown in our garden fills me with joy.
I have many interests including Human Design, Astrology, Numerology, Essential oils, Crystals and Travel.
My journey into health, wellness and healing started around age 24, I was grateful to do 6 weeks work experience at Gwinganna Health Retreat where I stayed on the property and was immersed into the wellbeing experience, from there so many wonderful things happened in my life.
I am truly grateful to assist others in coming back into balance, harmony and ease.
