My mission is to offer holistic modalities for individuals to attain personal evolution by creating the positive change they seek. This change can come about; after something challenging or unexpected, to initiate new goals and plans, to understand and let go of unhelpful patterns and energy imbalance.
Regardless of the modality, I see my role is to:
• Support the client towards initiating the change they seek in the facilitation of the session by being fully present and engaged with the client.
• Hold the space for those times by providing a safe and welcoming environment.
• Honour the client’s journey within the sacredness of the session and treat their process with confidentiality.
• To be a witness to the transformation and change that the client chooses to create in their lives.
